Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Pendleton, OR

Desired Background and Experience:
- Active licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA, with credentials such as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or appropriate SLPA certification
- Expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiarity with therapy in school and healthcare environments
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus, providing added flexibility
- Experience delivering services to diverse K-12 student populations, including those with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills for partnering with teachers, teams, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs across general and special education populations from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeted to student goals
- Provide direct therapy—primarily onsite—and track student progress with clear, compliant documentation

- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contribute to IEPs, and assist in progress monitoring
