Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, or experienced School-based SLPA considered
- State licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- Background in pediatric speech and language therapy, preferably in school settings
- Experience with K-12 student populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school campuses
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and small group, tailored to diverse student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams for student success
- Maintain up-to-date documentation conforming to district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
