Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the new school year. This full-time role offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. The focus is on helping young learners develop essential communication skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.

Onsite presence is strongly preferred for this position, creating a direct and impactful connection with students and staff. Exceptional SLPs, including those with CCC, CFY, and strong backgrounds in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings are encouraged to apply. Talented Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with school experience may also be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA program (with school experience)
  • Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA
  • Experience in K-12 educational, pediatric, or healthcare settings
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Preferred: previous school-based or teletherapy experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students on caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized instruction
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
