This full-time role offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. Onsite presence is strongly preferred for this position, creating a direct and impactful connection with students and staff. Exceptional SLPs, including those with CCC, CFY, and strong backgrounds in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings are encouraged to apply. Talented Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with school experience may also be considered.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA program (with school experience)
- Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA
- Experience in K-12 educational, pediatric, or healthcare settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Preferred: previous school-based or teletherapy experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students on caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized instruction
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
