Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language assessment and therapy
- Previous experience working within school-based settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to children ranging from preschool to high-school age
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage families, teachers, and other professionals to support student goals and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and support follow-up interventions
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
