What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to IEP goals and district guidelines
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic success
- Monitor and report on student progress, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
