School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cherry Hill, New Jersey

This full-time role provides specialized Speech-Language Pathology services within a school setting for a maternity leave coverage. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Early childhood or elementary school experience preferred
- Strong understanding of speech-language assessment and intervention best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize a varied caseload and work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability within a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students in preK through 3rd grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative support, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare timely progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student needs
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other professionals regarding student progress and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with current best practices and requirements in school-based speech-language services
