School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Marlton, New Jersey

What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in the state
- Prior experience with school-based speech therapy, especially with early elementary or PreK-3 students
- Ability to complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit to work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff
What you’ll do:
- Conduct speech/language screenings and assessments for students in PreK through 3rd grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Support students’ participation in classroom activities through individualized and small-group intervention
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to collaborative planning
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive
