Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP – CCC certification
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP in New Jersey
- Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Familiarity with school documentation, IEPs, and progress tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop tailored intervention strategies and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group settings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure integrated care
- Participate in the IEP process and contribute to student progress reviews
