Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid SLP license for the state of Ohio is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Share expertise and provide guidance on classroom strategies and modifications as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning
