Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) in the state of Texas
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to pediatric students in a school environment
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
- Write and maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, and evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ success
- Participate in IEP/ARD meetings and help integrate therapy goals into the classroom
