What you need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain)

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

What you’ll do:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Consult with educators and parents to support student growth and generalization of skills
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
