Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Current ASHA membership and state licensure
- Experience with K-12 student populations (elementary focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress notes
- Provide consultation and resources for classroom teachers
