School Speech Language Pathologist - Baytown, Texas

Exciting opportunity for an on-site Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students—primarily at the elementary level—within a welcoming educational setting. Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC credentials
- Active ASHA certification
- Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology (Texas)
- Experience with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for facilitating milestones and improving student outcomes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and direct therapy to elementary and K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in eligibility determination meetings, IEP development, and student evaluations
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students with speech and language needs on campus
