Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Katy, Texas

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas licensure or eligibility
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
- Strong working knowledge of developing and managing IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders for students in a school-based setting
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans to meet each student’s needs
- Collaborate regularly with families, other SLPs, OTs, PTs, and SLPAs to ensure integrated and effective care
- Track and document student progress, modifying strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records according to school and legal requirements
