Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Texas license for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP TX) required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for K-12 students according to IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to address students’ individual needs
- Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills across environments
- Maintain accurate service records in accordance with school guidelines
