What We’re Looking For:
- Active and current SLP license
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of service delivery models for diverse student populations
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Proficiency in developing goals, writing reports, and contributing to the IEP process
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with teachers, families, and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in elementary and middle/high school
- Complete assessments for initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate student records
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Manage full caseload and track student progress
