Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Palm Beach, Florida

Preference is given to professionals who are available on-site; however, there may be consideration for hybrid arrangements for local and travel SLPs, and teletherapy is reserved as a final option.
Speech-Language Pathologists who are open to providing up to 2 hours of clinical fellowship year (CFY) supervision weekly help open new doors for emerging professionals—plus, you may request CFY candidates for your caseload. Multiple part-time opportunities and temporary assignments for maternity leave coverage are available, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current Florida SLP licensure or eligibility
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort providing supervision to CFY clinicians (if desired)
- Adaptability to work on-site; willingness for hybrid is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Provide supervision for up to two hours per week for CFY team members (optional)
