Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in West Palm Beach, FL

Ideal Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior pediatric experience in a school setting preferred

- Flexibility to adapt to hybrid models if needed
- Dedication to fostering student growth through evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose speech/language disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational strategies
