Qualifications:
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric settings, preferably within schools
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to provide SLP supervision (for supervising roles)
- Flexibility to work on site; hybrid options available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs for students with speech-language needs
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each child
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- If applicable, provide mentorship and supervision to CFY candidates
