Desired Background and Experience:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing direct and consultative SLP services within schools
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, addressing a variety of communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated support for each student
- Document all services, maintain accurate records, and track student progress toward goals
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and provide professional guidance as needed
- Provide support and resources to help staff and families implement student-centered strategies
