Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Ability to provide both individual and small group therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to diverse student needs and school environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in multiple grade ranges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with school staff and families
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and ongoing communication with educators and parents
- Offer support and resources to teachers regarding communication strategies in the classroom
