This contract position begins immediately and offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with high school-aged students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and achievement
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of measurable student goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modify as necessary to meet each student’s unique needs
