Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Owatonna, Minnesota

Required skills and experience:
- Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge across SLP specialties including SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, healthcare, pediatrics, and teletherapy
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role responsibilities will include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy services onsite to a primarily elementary caseload, with the possibility of supporting select middle or high school students
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s unique goals and progress
- Maintaining thorough records of direct and indirect services in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations as needed
