Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience in school settings or with early childhood/ECSE populations (ages 3-5) highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to create supportive, individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for early childhood students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement meaningful IEP goals and progress monitoring strategies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success
  • Document services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Employ evidence-based interventions and creative approaches to engage young learners
