School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Osseo, Minnesota

Your expertise as an SLP, especially holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), will be put to use supporting Extended School Year (ESY) programming for students with diverse needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably K-12
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based interventions
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and design individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress and classroom integration
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs as part of the ESY program
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
