Speech Language Pathologist in Orland Park, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Holds a current Illinois SLP license
- Possesses a valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric through young adult populations is highly valued
- Dedicated to fostering growth, communication, and inclusion for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Able to commit to a full-time, onsite schedule (35 hours per week) through the duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to students aged 3–21, depending on school placement
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-oriented approach
- Adjust interventions to address the diverse needs of a school population
