Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon City, OR

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech and language therapy for students ages pre-K through high school
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to carry out IEP goals and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and data to measure student outcomes
- Deliver therapy services in accordance with state and federal education regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support staff development as needed
