What we’re looking for:
- Valid SLP licensure in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Proven experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Providing direct intervention and support to students in one-on-one and group settings
- Maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student progress reports
- Consulting with teachers and families to promote generalization of skills across environments
