We’re seeking a dedicated professional equipped with expertise in both clinical and school-based speech-language services. You’ll play a vital part in helping students succeed academically and socially, collaborating with teachers, families, and fellow therapists. What we’re looking for:

  • Valid SLP licensure in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Proven experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
  • Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Providing direct intervention and support to students in one-on-one and group settings
  • Maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student progress reports
  • Consulting with teachers and families to promote generalization of skills across environments
