Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Orchard Park, NY

The role spans from Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through Thursday, June 24, 2027, offering a consistent weekday schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM.
This is your chance to deliver meaningful interventions with a manageable caseload—no more than 40 sessions (30 minutes each) per week—allowing you to focus on high-quality support for students’ language and communication needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Hold a valid SLP license in the state of New York
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings or special education environments highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for fostering inclusive learning and empowering diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document assessments, session notes, and progress reports in accordance with school standards
- Develop and implement creative therapy materials to engage students
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing program planning
