Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure in New York State
- CCC-SLP credential and/or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) welcomed
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Solid communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement therapy plans tailored to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy sessions to students in special education, with a maximum of 40 half-hour sessions per week
- Develop and maintain individualized therapy goals and documentation in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
