Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP
- CCC-SLP or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and case documentation
- Effective communication with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage up to 40 sessions per week (30-minute sessions)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech therapy in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain timely and accurate session notes and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor and ensure student progress toward goals
