Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
  • Experience or strong interest working in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to develop creative, individualized treatment plans
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and design evidence-based therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to children with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support personnel to integrate therapeutic strategies
  • Complete all documentation and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide resources and education to staff and families to foster student success
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards at all times
