Speech Therapist in Olpe, KS

Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) will help students thrive in their academic and personal development. Typical caseloads range from 10–12 students for one-day assignments up to 50–55 students for those working five days per week, allowing you to choose the schedule that best matches your preferences and availability.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
