- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience or strong interest in educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans for students with a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student needs and progress
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility determinations, and support goal setting
- Offer strategies and resources to classroom educators for effective communication support
