Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ success
- Provide direct and consultative services within a school setting
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a supportive team member
