This role offers an elementary caseload across several schools, allowing you to support a variety of students and work alongside passionate professionals within a supportive environment. Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain Delaware SLP license
  • Skills in pediatric speech-language evaluation and treatment (healthcare or school)
  • Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
  • School-based experience helpful but not mandatory—new grads welcome!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an elementary caseload across multiple schools in the district
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions, both in person and via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support student success
  • Document progress, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support a positive school environment focused on student achievement
