Travel School Speech Language Pathologist - Odessa, Delaware

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain Delaware SLP license
- Skills in pediatric speech-language evaluation and treatment (healthcare or school)
- Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
- School-based experience helpful but not mandatory—new grads welcome!
Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary caseload across multiple schools in the district
- Provide group and individual therapy sessions, both in person and via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support student success
- Document progress, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support a positive school environment focused on student achievement
