Desired Qualifications:
- Active Delaware State Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within school settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students for eligibility in areas such as articulation/phonology, voice, fluency, and language skills
- Conduct initial and re-evaluations, review IEPs annually
- Schedule and deliver individual and/or group therapy sessions
- Consult with teachers and families to support students’ communicative growth and integration within educational programs
- Provide supervision as required
