What you'll bring:
- Delaware State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); strong CFY candidates will also be considered
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language services preferred
- Ability to provide clinical supervision as needed
- Commitment to collaborative and compassionate student-centered support
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and determine eligibility for speech-language services in areas such as articulation, fluency, language, and voice
- Review and update IEPs at least annually; conduct both initial and re-evaluations
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with teachers and parents, sharing strategies to address communicative difficulties and facilitate educational adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation according to school and district guidelines
