Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Wisconsin SLP license and ASHA CCC required (will consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates)
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Comfortable working with K-12 populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services for K-12 students
- Manage a full-time caseload, splitting time between two locations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Maintain accurate progress reports, therapy documentation, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
- Offer consultative support to staff and families to promote student success
