Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Passion for fostering language, communication, and social skills in young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to individual and group goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance on communication strategies to staff and families
