Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- SLP-CCC credential or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred; pediatric experience helpful
- Comfortable with both onsite and virtual/teletherapy service delivery
- Ability to manage a caseload of middle and high school students
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and professional guidelines
