Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and track progress to adjust therapy goals as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic support for each student
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
- Provide in-service training and resources to staff when necessary
