Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oceanside, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California SLP licensure (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical expertise in pediatrics, ideally within school or adolescent populations
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with assessments, IEPs, and therapeutic interventions
- Comfortable working onsite and traveling between campuses as needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to middle school-aged students in person
- Manage a diverse caseload across three schools, providing both groups and individual therapy
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments as required
- Contribute to IEP development and attend student meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement and integration
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
