Pediatric School-Based Speech Therapist Assistant - Paterson, Washington

We’re seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to take on a contract position and provide meaningful, student-focused therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide engaging speech therapy sessions, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to each interaction
- Address articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and social communication goals
- Translate IEP objectives into measurable progress for every student
- Maintain clear, consistent session notes and track student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student's personal and academic growth
Who We’re Looking For:
- Current Washington State SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Reliable, empathetic, and energetic approach to working with children
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a bonus, though not required
