Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse caseload of 55 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s specific needs
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate outcomes effectively
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and state compliance for school-based SLP services
