Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred

- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students efficiently
- Commitment to creating inclusive, student-focused interventions
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among assigned students
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy and support services tailored to student needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure effective integration of therapy goals within classroom environments
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement
