School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Oak Forest, Illinois
An exciting opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to make a measurable difference in the lives of elementary and middle school students. This contract position begins August 13, 2026, and continues through May 31, 2027, offering a professional challenge in a collaborative school-based environment. Qualifications:
- Current IL PEL SLP License required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for or possession of ASHA CCC or CFY status
- Experience or genuine interest in elementary and/or middle school populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation on progress and services
- Partner with teachers, families, and staff to foster student growth
