Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois PEL SLP License required
- Open to Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC or those completing their CFY
- Prior experience in schools is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to helping students achieve their communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for eligible students
- Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct therapy services utilizing evidence-based techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech and language development
This assignment is full time, with a schedule of 35 hours per week, across five days, starting August 13, 2026 and concluding May 31, 2027. You’ll work with a diverse population, making a lasting impact while continuing to grow your professional skills.
