Desired Qualifications:
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required—new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and establish treatment plans for students with communication, language, and speech disorders
- Deliver individual and small-group speech-language therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain precise documentation, progress notes, and evaluations in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Provide consultation and support to classroom staff to maximize student progress and generalization of skills
