Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure/certification as required
  • Prior experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and documenting student progress
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to K–12 students
  • Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Document progress, collaborate on IEPs, and communicate with families and staff
  • Engage in team meetings and professional development as needed
  • Promote positive outcomes and advocate for students’ communication needs
