Grades 9 - 12 Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist in New Haven, CT

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure/certification as required
- Prior experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and documenting student progress
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to K–12 students
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress, collaborate on IEPs, and communicate with families and staff
- Engage in team meetings and professional development as needed
- Promote positive outcomes and advocate for students’ communication needs
