An exciting opportunity awaits for a talented Speech Language Pathologist wishing to work in an education-focused environment near North Richland Hills, TX. This is a full-time contract position, starting as soon as possible through May 21, 2027, with a weekly commitment of up to 37.5 hours. The role is strictly onsite, supporting school-age students (K-12) and working closely with teams at both an elementary and a high school. Multiple openings are available—there is a need both for a clinician who can supervise SLPAs and manage cases across two campuses, as well as for an SLP who will focus on direct therapy and case management at a single campus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to supervise SLPAs (for one of the positions)
- Strong case management and documentation skills
- Comfort working with diverse age groups, K-12
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly desired
- Ability to complete or verify fingerprinting through the Texas Education Agency, with results required prior to the start date
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability for itinerant roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services for a diverse caseload
- Case manage student plans, evaluations, and documentation
- Supervise SLPAs and support their clinical development (for one position)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Travel between two campuses as required
- Ensure compliance with all district and state guidelines
