This contract opportunity is ideally suited for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is passionate about helping students in school settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP credential required
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience working in school environments preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in the Low Incidence Program at the Marple Education Center
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
Details:
- Contract position located within the Broomall area
- Schedule: 3-4 days per week, full-time caseload
