Your key qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Experience in school settings, with knowledge of IEP processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Background in supporting students with complex needs preferred
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for a diverse student population within the Low Incidence Program
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments relevant to speech and language needs
- Maintain detailed and timely records of progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in team meetings to support student access to education
- Engage families and caregivers as partners in therapy interventions
